The Qalbt T-shirt has been newly upgraded through the four major elements of "fabric, technology, version, and workmanship". In the words of the founder: "When you see its appearance up close, I guarantee you that I want to put it in your wardrobe." Throw away all my old T-shirts.”

The new generation QALBT T-shirt is made from high-quality long-staple cotton fibers, with a diameter of 39mm and a breaking strength of 4.4g per gram. This high-quality bloodline originates from the tropical cotton found on the islands of South America, with a cost per ton that is 2062 dollars higher than that of regular cotton.

Processing and treatment

 

After the fabric is made, it needs to be processed and treated in the world's top and rare large-scale ammonia machine that operates at a temperature of minus 180 degrees Celsius. All the rough fibers on the surface will be processed cleanly.

 

After processing, the fabric has a smooth and delicate texture, with a flowing drape that is soft and silky.

Adding nylon fibers to the collar enhances its elasticity, ensuring that it won't become misshapen from regular machine washing.

 

The labels for the collar, tag, and care label have been upgraded to a stylish silver gray hot-stamped label, providing no discomfort or friction when worn against the body.

 

The thread for sewing is replaced with the British High Street wire conductor used by Edison to light bulbs in order to stand out from the generic cotton thread.

 

The cuffs and hem are both made with more refined three-thread needles to differentiate it from other brands of T-shirts. In order to prevent any fraying that may occur during future wear, we have implemented a knotting technique to ensure that there are no thread ends visible.
